Default "Restart your computer."

I didn't find anything on a search but I keep getting the message "To complete your installation, please restart your computer."

Done that a bunch of times, tried to uninstall and re-install and nothing works. I had Zune installed on another computer, moved to a laptop (Win XP, sp3) with an external hard drive and tried to load everything on the external. All looks good but I can't get over this last hurdle.

Has to be something simple.....Is it having a problem working with the external hard drive?
