As the title says, my Zune 4.8 software has been freezing up and then crashing my pc after about a minute.
I've tried reinstalling, restoring to when it did work (3 days ago) with and without programs I've installed since then. I've also tried doing all of this in safe mode, and only succeeded in unfreezing it and having only the program crash and not my entire system.
When I reinstalled it (and when I managed to unfreeze it) I get "Error C00D11D2 (80070005)" at the file permissions step. Even after following the official help solutions
found here, Zune still crashes.
What's worse is I tried installing onto a completely separate computer and got the same results.
I can't sync any new music to my Zune HD and it's driving me up a wall.
Any ideas??
