I would contact Microsoft Support. They had some Fix It Application that auto deletes the registry and fixes corrupted files dealing with zune. Sorry I can't provide the link, but it shouldn't be to hard to fix this way. Alternatively, you can go and use a registry cleaner to delete any registry entries dealing with Zune. I recommend either Ccleaner or AML Free Registry Cleaner for the safer side, but for the more thorough cleaners, I like JV16 registry cleaner. (The trial lasts 60 days, so it's plenty of time) Hope this helps!
