Nvm I already bought Kaspersky; I no longer need help. MODs PLEASE LOCK(or delete)

Just sayin', I've used Avast antivir free version for, what, a year now? Still no viruses. (even with unsafe browsing habits). It's lightweight, very functional, and it catches damn near everything. Also, there are good free firewalls, so you don't even need to spend a dime on PC security. just my 2 cents...

What im worried about is online shopping. Avast internet security isn't free tho =(.

Online shopping has always been about knowing which sites are good. Most browsers have a function to show you if the site is secure or not though.

Ah, yes. Malwarebyte's is amazing. I was more or less talking about active protection.... but you are right. I use MS SE and Malwarebytes
