Nope. It's better than any other music playing software I have seen and used.
The only gripe I have with it is that before the 4.5 update(ish, no exactly sure when) The Zune Software used to NOT put songs that being with "A" under A. For example, the song "A Better Nothing" Would go under B, like it does on the Zune HD itself. Same goes for songs beginning with "The". After some update, they stopped doing that, and it is really annoying, especially when the Zune HD still does it the opposite way. If they're going to change one, why not change both?
