Well I came to this forum for help with my Zune and got what I needed in the sticky for the key combinations, didn't know there was a reset on this thing. Not sure what happened but my Zune wouldn't turn on, and when it was plugged into my computer it disabled all my USB ports and blue screened my computer when I tried to restart/shut down.

Anyway I held down the power and back button down for 15 seconds and the darn thing turned right on and seems to be working fine. So just wanted thanks for one having this forum for people to come to, and second for having that sticky with the key combinations. I will continue to hang around this forum and hope to learn some more things about this great device.

Everyone always looks at me weird when I tell them I have a Zune, and accessories are not always easy to find for it. Still I would take this over a stupid Ipod and having to deal with Itunes any day. So again thanks for being here.
