Does MMS work without having to use your data? Cause that's the only way I can get it to work. I've tried editing the APN to the same as non-smart phone att phones that can send MMS.

I think this applies, but I have the unlimited messaging plan on my phone (no data) and I get unlimited SMS, MMS, and IM on my phone. I'm on AT&T, by the way. Hope this helps!
I'm in a contract, and I have unlimited messaging. Which should include the ability to send sms, im, and MMS.
I guess I can't send MMS without having to use my data package (a measely 200mb) which is annoying. The MMS should be apart of my unlimited messaging plan instead of using my very limited data.

Do you have a data plan assigned to your phone? Also, what carrier are you on?
Yes, but when you have an unlimited messaging plan that includes MMS, that data is covered by your messaging plan. Now when that comes in conjunction with an actual data plan, that's where the fuzzy line comes in to play.
i have the focus on at&t with the 200 mb plan and unlimited texting, since non-smart phones send pictures at rediculously small resolutions, smartphones send full size pictures, and they make it use your data.
