He didn't reply fast enough and I was already off doing something else. Didn't check back till it had already disappeared. And the last few things I've made haven't been too sharp at all which is why I don't think it's a habit. The first few things I did were, though.
And how are you going to learn if no one tells you what you're doing wrong? All I'm doing is pointing out stuff that I think needs improvement. If you don't want me to do that and just want to me say it's good then just say so.

Valid point. The last few things you made have no problems with sharpness. Maybe habit wasn't the best word to use.

I don't hate it. It is actually pretty good. Way better than the stuff I was making in my first 5 days.

Yeah, when you listen to metalcore/post-hardcore etc they all kind of look like that.

I might follow some more C4D tutorials, as I need to work on putting them in and making them look good. The few that I've done look alright, but I'd like them to look cool Thinking of doing something with Isaac Brock from Modest Mouse next.

I don't like the font and the light behind his head seems kind of random and doesn't match the lighting.
I didn't use a tutorial for that one lol. I have a tutorial that's similar to what I did with it, but with way more filters and no C4Ds.
Here's a filter heavy tutorial. It's what I used (more or less) for the blessthefall one. I edited it to my liking, of course. I never follow a tutorial word for word because some of the things might make it look like ****.
Search "C4D packs" on Google. I got a couple hundred doing that.
Oh, and about that tutorial. The person who wrote it gets all weird throughout explaining it for some reason. Kind of weird and doesn't make much sense, but the tutorial itself is quite good. How to use a bunch of filters and not make it look like utter crap.

Bluh. Don't like how this turned out and I'm probably going to start it over. Tried to do some of the same things I did for the minotaur one but I guess the background was too dark for it to work as well. Any suggestions regarding how to make this look a bit better before I start it over? (I think this is the font stkr used to use )
Edited it a bit instead and added a few things. I like it more now. Although I may remove the C4D or put it on a different layer style so there's less white on that side...
