The Nokia Sea Ray has been reported a couple times on this site, but only with the chance of running or being able to run Mango. Nokia seems to be taking steps in the right direction, as a video has been surfaced on YouTube of the phone running the Windows Phone 7 Mango operating system. This most likely was either taped in a factory in China. The phone, as was denied before, may actually sport front-facing physical buttons. The phone is seen with apps such as Internet Explorer, and takes a picture through the camera. Though Nokia isn't close to releasing some phones under the OS, it shines new hope that they won't keep with the current OS that was planned to be paired with the device.
