It really does depend on the state on whether or not it's illegal. Here, in Pennsylvania, it's 100% illegal to take someone's picture without their consent. The best course of action is to probably notify a school administrator or some local law enforcement.

Violence won't solve anything. He'll just either find another way to get pictures, or he'll get YOU in trouble and continue doing it.
ok so me and my friends that are girls told a dorm parent and he had to get talked to by the parent and then had to go into a teacher meeting for discussion.
