There's a setting in the Zune Software to retrieve all purchased content.
Go to settings > software > and I think it's under general (I"m not able to see the software right at this moment) but there is an option to redownload any purchased content. If that doesn't help, call customer support at 1-877-GET-ZUNE, 6am-9pm PST, 7 days a week.
