Unhappy zune marketplace on zune help

i accidentaly bot a song on te marketplace on my zune (not my pc) but thn i went to my cart and cliked clear cart to try to delete it before it charges me so i deleted it and wen i went to my pc it had shown it had charged me because i had less points. So i went on the marketplace (on my pc) and tried to redownload the song buut it said i had never bought the song
is there a way to fix this??

There's a setting in the Zune Software to retrieve all purchased content.

Go to settings > software > and I think it's under general (I"m not able to see the software right at this moment) but there is an option to redownload any purchased content. If that doesn't help, call customer support at 1-877-GET-ZUNE, 6am-9pm PST, 7 days a week.
