Change Artist Info

I ripped a CD and put the wrong artist info. Instead of band X, it reads singer Y.

How do I edit the info? I have tried the conventional ways (browse/edit) but there is no option once the album info pops up. I deleted the CD and attempted to re rip it, and the same wrong info came up. The CD I am ripping is was downloaded from a shareware site. I doubt that should matter.

use windows media player, locate the song in your library, if info is incorrect there, edit it and make it right.

Find it and right click then choose edit.
