Zune software will not find the movie I downloaded!

I downloaded a movie that was in avi format I converted it to mp4 and it wasn't found, so I converted it to wmv and it still doesn't let me add it. It says that it is an invalid media format! I have downlaoded other movies and videos and I have never had this problem before, can someone help?

Maybe it was the converter you used.
