unable to synch

Hello, this is my first time here so hope you can help me, i have my zune device and software up to date on windows XP, until today my device was working great, today i could not synch from my zune to my PC nor the other way around, i do not get any warning messages or any stuff like that, my zune and PC interface normally but the music is nowhere to be found, I’ve tried reinstalling the software with no luck

the same thing happened to me the ****ing zune software just stands around doing nothing and its not my cable cuz it registers on my computer i swear to god if zune doesnt ****ing do something im going to ****ing throw the zune out a building

Perhaps you could explain the problem in more detail, because I'm not sure what's exactly happening. Does your Zune show as connected? Does windows show something is connected but had an error with the driver?
