why the hell is zune trying to convert my mp3s???!!!

this is really starting to piss me off now, i find that a lot of my songs are (when syncing) saying "conversion required" then it tries to convert them and says "error" - doesnt' tell me what's wrong, jsut says error, and does not sync them to my zune..what do i do? these are plain mp3's encoded at around 256kbps, why does it feel the need to convert them?

I'm not sure how it changes the songs when they get "converted", but it does it to a lot of my songs as well. And most of my songs are 256kbps-320kbps(Accept for the AAC files which are 128Kbps).

so what should i do for those around 30 songs that won't convert? did you have this problem? should i just reencode them?

yeah, i just reencoded them, it worked ;D , but i just hope this doesn't happen to many more of my mp3's..
