My computer will not

My Computer says USB device not recognized.

I tried to get Mr. Fix It and they wanted to charge me $99. Is there a way to get my computer to recognize my Zune . My harddrive crashed and I am starting over.

Thanks and if this has already been asked, if someone can show me where the info is or better yet, just help me, that would be groovy.
