Kenwood and Zune Compatibility

Hey guys, just got a quick question.

Recently purchased a Kenwood head unit for my truck. I used to have a Pioneer and never had a problem with it. My Zune HD played just fine, and I had always used the USB capable that had came with it.

Now when I plug it into the USB port, the head unit reads, "NA Device". Anyway of fixing this? Most Kenwood's specifically say that their specifically designed for Apple products, but my cousin never had a problem running his Zune. So far what I've been seeing is that the drivers might not be updated, and so they may not be capable of running newer USB devices.

If that's the case, I'm going to try my old 30gb and see if that works. The model for the head unit is a KDC-BT652U.

I have a similar one, BT8U or something like that and it doesn't work either. They only made two or three that did work with the Zune and they're all discontinued now.
