Why go backwards?

Just a quick gripe. When I'm in the music section of my zune (computer desktop) listening to music there is a problem. Once upon a time I would enter a letter and my zune would automatically scroll to the first song with that letter. It no longer does that?

Why go backwards? I press a letter with my zune open to find a song.
Now all it does is type?

That is a little strange. I guess ms decided that the search function was more important than that. Personally I hate the Zune software for listening to music, I'd rather just plug my Zune into my speakers and have no lag.

I noticed that if you type in the beginning of the name of a song, then press enter twice, it will start playing the first song that begins with the letters you typed.
