Zune Problem
My 1st gen 30gb zune just started to malfunction a few days ago and won't let me do anything its screen is just black and the light is on but I can't do anything. I did get it work for a few hours but than it delted all my songs of itself and went back to a black screen. I have tried resetting it at lest 100 times but nothing seems to work. And my Zune software on my computer does not recognize it so i don't know what I can do to fix the problem.
Can anyone help me with the problem please?
