Adding Cover Art To. avi?

Recently I have downloaded some movies and they come up as .avi files and there is no way to change the icon for it in the Zune software and it bugs me that I cannot get any cover art for it... Is there some way to add cøver art to it? I am using a Zune HD.

you cant because avi doesn't support most Tags! Sorry

But you can convert to .mp4 and add your own art!

And my zune will still play it? All i have to do is download a converter and convert iy?
