Every time I start Zune, and click something, the screen goes crazy, not the pc, but just the Zune app. My PC is 1-month old so I know it's not that. Is there a way to stop this from happening?
These lines an pixels are so messed up and I can't do anything, any ideas?
This picture is the least of the problems, it is usually worse:
Try turning down the graphics settings (settings>display>screen graphics). You shouldn't have to turn them down because your computer is new, but it might be a (temporary) solution if it fixes things.
I'm assuming you are still able to see the settings. If you can't I can try to guide you through the settings without being able to see the text.
