Hard wire {HACK}

Big Fan of the Zune (HD) and the zune forms, but really haven't noticed alot of people talking about hard hacks, such as speakers that attach to the jack.
I'm an amateur hard wire hacker, but really never had a project that had been this motivating.. so suggestions and help (if needed) will be great.

A while back i had thought about adding a speaker, but there just isn't room inside of the device to hole a speaker. Now that I think about it, I think if you grabbed a thin speaker with a lip at its base, you could cut a hole in the back plate to hold it. This would increase the thickness by a bit, but it would work. If you do get it try it and get it working please post a tutorial though!

Well i had the same exact idea, but as far as the speakers, the would me a attachment so your Zune would not be screwed with. And yes i will have tutorials.

Well I wish you the best of luck.

As far as the actual speaker, if you dont have one in kind I would reccommend looking at a speaker from a Nintendo DS, they're quite small but have reasonable sound.
