Web browser error

Can someone help me with my web browser when ever I click on the Internet the screen always goes black and I would have to restart my zune to get back to main page. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem???

Try restoring the firmware on your Zune. Hold down the power and media buttons for about 15 seconds, and it will boot into recovery mode. Once its in recovery mode you will need to plug it into your computer and run the Zune software. Let us know if this works!

If I do this will all my stuff be gone

Nop, that removes the firmware but leaves all of your data intact.

yes it worked but i lost all of my stuff and had to put them back on but thanks for helping me with my problem

Well that shouldn't have happened. I am guessing you probably pressed the home button as well, which formats you entire Zune.
