dotnetfx.exe
dw20shared.msi
msxml6_x86_sp1.msi
any of the other updates ending in enu.exe
E.x.:windowsxp-kb915865-v11-x86-enu.exe
you don't really have to really have to restart to then install the soft ware by just running zune-x86.msi
personally I've installed it this way on an un updated xp with out any problems.

Not seeing "msxml6_x86_sp1.msi" file in the extracted folder. Which sucks cause till that point it looked like it was gunna work. I've been to the "Ask Microsoft" support page, and they haven't given me any info at all. Won't be going back there for questions again.
I ended up just deleting my zune files then cleaning them out with ccleaner, but now I can't reinstall. Running Win7 ultimate. Why can't Microsoft just fix their ****...
