Would this be playable on the ZHD and would anyone want to port?

No. The Zune HD's version of XNA does not support 3D graphics like the Xbox 360's. It wouldn't work.

I'm pretty sure PGR and Audiosurf are 3D.
So, possible.

No, it isn't. The version of XNA that we can use to make apps and games, does NOT support 3D graphics, so this is not possible.
