[PLEASE READ] UnZoone
I've noticed in help requests, that some members have used UnZoone to try and fix their problems. UnZoone was made to delete the Zune software's registry info. This no longer works, and it is HIGHLY recommended that you use a different registry cleaner. When the software was updated to 4.0, the registry info was changed, so UnZoone now deletes the wrong things, or leaves info that needs to be deleted. Thank you for your time, and I hope you have a great day.

So you mean the Zune software's collection itself? Or do you mean Windows 7 libraries?

you could try going into c:\mydocuments\my music\zune. that is where all of your music files should be stored, videos in "my videos\zune"

No it's not. Zune monitors files all across your computer depending on where your music is.

I have actually found a way to fix this problem. I did the same thing and was able to fix it by running the CCleaner and then following that I used a Fix It toom from MS to remove the rest.
How to remove and then reinstall the Zune software
Use that link, use the Fix It program from there and it will run a process and a dos window will pop up and then everything should be good to go from there. I hope this helps others who have not seen the harm that unzoone could do before reading this thread.
